Bator Points & Rewards (Optional)
Bator Points is an optional loyalty program, off by default. Members earn points for attending, registering, bringing first-timers, referring new people, and more, working toward a reward.
Turning it on
Section titled “Turning it on”Settings → Bator Points (owners). Once it’s on, points start accumulating automatically for everything below. Nothing else to set up unless you want to change the point values.
What earns points (and how much, by default)
Section titled “What earns points (and how much, by default)”| Doing this… | Earns |
|---|---|
| Attending a regular event | 90 pts |
| Attending a social event | 45 pts |

| Registering Late Stroker | 10 pts |
| Registering Bate at the Door | 5 pts |
| Bringing a first-time guest | 20 pts |
| Visiting another club (if you run multiple) | 100 pts |
| Getting a testimonial approved | 25 pts |
| Referring a new member | 25 pts |
You can change every value under Settings → Bator Points → Point Values to fit your club.
How points reset
Section titled “How points reset”Points are tracked per calendar year and reset every January, with nothing for you to do. Members also see a “lifetime” total on their end that never resets, just for bragging rights.
Rewards
Section titled “Rewards”Every 1,000 points, a member can claim a $25 credit themselves, from Rewards & Credits in their member app. The credit lands in their account straight away and can be used for any future event. There’s nothing for you to do. Reward credit is a gift, so it doesn’t count as revenue in your reports.
Referral links
Section titled “Referral links”Every member gets a personal referral link to share, shown on Rewards & Credits in their member app. When someone registers through that link and then actually attends their first event, the member who referred them gets points automatically. No setup needed from you beyond turning the program on.
