Reports
Section titled “Reports”Reports in the sidebar has four pages:

| Financials | Owners | Revenue by month, refunds, and your monthly sales tax figures |
| P&L | Owners | Profit and loss: revenue against the expenses you’ve entered |
| Locations | Managers, owners | Where your members come from, based on the ZIP codes they’ve given |
Revenue is counted in the month the event happened, not the month someone paid. Refunds show as their own line, in the month the money went back.
A monthly sales and tax summary is also emailed on the 1st of each month, to the address your platform operator set up.
Leaderboard
Section titled “Leaderboard”If your club uses Bator Points, the Leaderboard ranks members by points.
Logs is a record of important actions and who took them: cancellations, refunds, removals, credits, staff changes and similar. Use it when you need to know who did something and when. Routine check-ins aren’t listed there.
